= Balligar =

Balligar is a county of south [[Ticetia]], its county seat is at [[Cellam]].  It encompasses the city of Meden and the towns of Ostbrook, Rilston and Havers Ford.

Although it is a large county, stewardship is controlled by an Earl, a position currently occupied by the matronly [[Countess Margery McConnell]].
