= Baron Tomas Diaz =

Thomas Diaz is Baron of southern stretches of the city of [[Tesmius]] in northern [[Cerlain]].  He works with his opposite number, [[Baron Horado Mendez]] to ensure the city remains open for business.  He takes responsibility for the trade flowing through the small city, and for taxation of goods that make that journey.  His feudal master is [[Viscount Conrado Medina]] of Tesmius.

Diaz has a keen interest in the small but flourishing Wine trade of the city, and is both an advocate in meetings with outsiders and one of their best customers.
