Count Ettemus is the ruling Count of Berrecha.  This land includes the cities of [[Icallany]], [[Antoma]] and [[Gollotta]] in the north-east corner of [[Antaurus]].  The count is a fierce Imperialist, and is sometimes blinded by the the perceived ''right'' of his nation to take a leading role in the politics of the former Empire.

There have even been some suggestions that he may be more loyal to the Imperial destiny than that of [[Arthea]].
