Arobren controls a part of the mining lands high in the [[Jorlinum]] mountains between the Jorlinum city of Reginum and the City of Einigoth in Hebria.  The land appears to have no official place within the feudal system, sitting in a hole between the two nations where people did not live during the days of the Empire.  Now Arobren has transformed it, he has a thriving market and mining town where none should exist, and a title of Count despite having no Royal Charter for his region.

Despite the rumours of Vampire activity in the region, Arobren's lands are doing well.
