Dominus Tholain is the monarch responsible for the creation of the first Empire of the southern kingdoms of the lands of Arthea. His nations stance against the anti-magic political sentiment of his neighbouring kingdoms began as polite political posturing through to deeply critical diplomatic positioning. Tholain's anti-magic position was started by Dominus' father, Sevrus, but it was Dominus who built the army that was needed to bring magical justice to his neighbour kindoms.
