King of Cellam 978-1012

King Egar was King of [[Cellam]] which at the time was one of the Kingdoms of the north west but is now a part of [[Balligar]] in [[Ticetia]].  Egar's most memorable contribution to the land was to move the Royal Palace in Cellam to its current site in 1002.  The palace was demolished and rebuilt on the same site in 1057.
