Samuel is Keeper of the Purse for [[Earl Reginald Browley]], and is responsible for taxation in [[Nuneith]].  He is based in [[Eversham]] and also shares some of the day to day running of the county with [[Dominic Ewan]] when the Earl is out of town.  His position makes him somewhat unpopular with the commercial community in Eversham.
