Shorley Fried Food

In the Edgmar district of Antoma, Greg Shorley operates a small but busy food outlet. He's on the edge of the main market district, and his food outlet is aimed clearly at the market traders that gather there before dawn most days. His main food is sausages and belly-pork, usually sold wrapped in bread for the traders to carry and eat while they set up their stalls for the day.

By mid-morning the restaurant has often quietened down, and there's usually crispy pork crackling and bacon left over which is still highly nutritious, but somewhat chewy. The place usually closes just after lunch.
