The elf port in the region known as Anta Ullenier is Arranis Ullenier, a small settlement on the north coast of the region. By human standards the town is a small settlement, but it is built mostly from brick with some light stone-works. Like all the elf dwellings it settles in among its surroundings and blends in with it.
The port is dominated by the Arranis Tower which acts as a watchtower, a navigation aid and an elvish lighthouse.
