Baron Vinnol Mercheven

Baron Mercheven controls a barony north of the city of Reginum in the northern mountain stretches of ["Jorlinum"]. He is in controls of a region that has huge mineral wealth which is slowly being expoloited by his people. The barony also lies to the west of the lands of the odd ["Count Mereth Arobren"].
