Cerlain is one of the six nations which came together to form ["The Amastus Empire"], and was one of the first nations to fall to the advancing ["Tholain"] army.

The capital city of Cerlain is ["Tamish"] which is the oldest recorded city in ["Arthea"]. The earliest records of post-disaster civilisation are from this region.
