Count Ettemus is the ruling Count of Berrecha. This land includes the cities of Icallany, Antoma and Gollotta in the north-east corner of Antaurus. The count is a fierce Imperialist, and is sometimes blinded by the the perceived right of his nation to take a leading role in the politics of the former Empire.
There have even been some suggestions that he may be more loyal to the Imperial destiny than that of Arthea.
