Count Felix Ettemus

Count Ettemus is the ruling Count of Berrecha. This land includes the cities of ["Icallany"], ["Antoma"] and ["Gollotta"] in the north-east corner of ["Amastus"]. The count is a fierce Imperialist, and is sometimes blinded by the the perceived right of his nation to take a leading role in the politics of the former Empire.

There have even been some suggestions that he may be more loyal to the Imperial destiny than that of ["Arthea"].
