Ebrim Willow

Ebrim Willow is a Halfling who appears to run the South Port and North Cemdell Thief Guild in ["Cellam"]. Ebrim is a greasy, somewhat portly halfling who seems to run the guild from the back room of 'The Old Moorings', a seedy tavern on Rope Lane in the heart of Cellam's Port District.
