Lord High Minister for Security

Edmond is chief of staff and security minister to King James. He is responsible for the smooth running of the Kings Guard, and all aspects of law and order across Arthea. He is based in Cellam but frequently visits other parts of the land. In respect to his security duties, he reports directly to the King; he and his assitants and supervisors are outside of the normal Feudal system.
