5th Emperor of ["The Amastus Empire"], 1003 - 1017

Emperor Clarius was something of a workaholic. His term in power if marked by some significant improvements to the way the Empire worked politically. He introduced the Senate chamber in ["Nareth"], and watered down some of his own powers to devolve decision making out to the Imperial countries. He was quite a visionary, and his reforms empowered and strengthened the union.
