Empire Conjuration
As magic user sects go, Empire Conjuration is far from being the largest. It has modelled itself on the Imperial Academy of Magic, and as a result has facilities scattered across the former Empire. But it has none of the resources, and has a reputation as a poorly run, second-class magic user sect as a result.
In reality it is probably spread far too thinly for its level of membership, and it struggles to keep on top of its administration as a result.
