Harold Ashbrook

Harold Ashbrook is the Mayor of ["Oakvale"], which is in the Burrows Region (or the 'Seven Villages') of south ["Caldonacia"]. The region is inhabited by halflings who suffered invasion by Bugbears in late 1412 and were helped by a party of adventurers who were in the district looking for the tomb of Charles Derren at the time.
