Harold Ashbrook

Harold Ashbrook is the Mayor of Oakvale, which is in the Burrows Region (or the 'Seven Villages') of south Caldonacia. The region is inhabited by halflings who suffered invasion by Bugbears in late 1412 and were helped by a party of adventurers who were in the district looking for the tomb of Charles Derren at the time.
