Icallany

The City of Icallany is the county seat of Berrecha which covers an area of eastern ["Amastia"]. The city is ruled over by the feudal lord Count Felix Ettemus. The city is set amid rolling hills, and is alongside the ["River Nemus"], and is framed to the north, west and south by pictureque mountains.
