Lich-King Petorus
King Petorus the Lich is the name of a dread king from pre-Disaster times. Many tales of fear and hate surround him, and he was said to rule his lands with an iron fist. His reputation is built on legends that have survived The Great Disaster.
The lands over which he ruled are unknown, as is his part in the Disaster. Historians have unnamed nations in their appraisal of the causes of the disaster, but nothing that can separate the facts surrounding him from the fiction of legend and fable.
