Samuel is Keeper of the Purse for ["Earl Reginal Browley"], and is responsible for taxation in ["Nuneith"]. He is based in ["Eversham"] and also shares some of the day to day running of the county with ["Dominic Ewan"] when the Earl is out of town. His position makes him somewhat unpopular with the commercial community in Eversham.
