In the eighteen months leading up to summer 1415 he has attacked and stolen tax gold making its way from Keal to Nareth. This has raised his status from outlaw to fugitive, but Caldonacian peasants have been helped once more. Sebrus Hormannus

Born to a wealthy Imperial family, Sebrus was moved from the Empire to the southern stretches of Caldonacia when he was but a toddler. His family continued to prosper in their new homes, their family business was organising trade caravans that shipped goods southwards to the Empire. During these formative years Sebrus spent much of the time journeying to the cities and town of the south of Caldonacia and as he became older he became more and more outraged at the squalor that was imposed upon the poor. Life had not been like this in the south, even the peasants there had been well treated and did not live on the edge of starvation.

As he became a young man, Sebrus vowed to do what he could to help the peasants. He set to the road to try and persuade the more wealthier merchants that their fortunes could be better used if distributed to the poor and needy. They were reluctant at first, and Sebrus' tactics changed to include more violent methods. His actions turned him into an outlaw, but the poorest people of Caldonacia were glad of his help. The money he redistributed went a long way.

Eventually his success was curtailed. He made a target of himself among the traders, and they defended themselves more strongly. His high profile robberies, once the subject of wonder among the peasants became a thing of the past. A couple of high profile defeats saw him fade into the shadows and hide from the site of the law.

Recenly he has resumed his work, but this time he's chosen a different target, one which takes advantage of the curious tax arrangements of Arthea. In the eighteen months leading up to summer 1415 he has attacked and stolen tax gold making its way from Keal to Nareth. This has raised his status from outlaw to fugitive, but Caldonacian peasants have been helped once more. The Kings Guard have been seeking him with renewed vengeance; those at the top, particularly in Tholain and Amastia (which handle most of the non-Ticetian tax for Arthea) are reputed to be livid that anyone could get near enough to tax shipments to steal them.
