Shan-Habar
Former elfish home in north Ticetia, it also goes by the name Ebellana, which is its former elfish name. The land is at the southern end of the Ticetian mountains, around to the east, and rises up into the uplands.
Despite the elves moving out hundreds of years ago, this place still bears the aura of their presence. Nature runs wild here, the plant life grows in abundance, and the weather seems mild and gentle compared to other parts of North Ticetia. Whether this is a natural property of this land, and chosen by the elves because of that or whether this is influenced by the elves dwelling here is unknown.
Recently the place has become something of a refuge for outcast elves from across Arthea. Elves that have suffered from criminals or been the causers of unrest in their own lands and have left to maintain the peace seem to have gathered here, living in simple communities, little more than poor villages, eking out their survival by bartering among themselves and with the towns of south Ticetia and the north end of the caravan trail from The Carrodian Empire.
Although it is unconfirmed, there have been rumours that Drow have been seen among those in this camp.
