Ticetias Warrior Guild
The Ticetian Warriors Guild is primarily based in Ticetia, where it prides itself on having a property in each town and city. It is larger than its counterparts from Caldonacia and the Empire, which is a legacy of the days before unification. While the size of the group, and its popularity in Ticetia make it rich, it does not, however, have the support enjoyed by the warrior guilds run by the regions.
Part of the group's popularity is that it is more lenient on its members than many other guilds, although it charges a higher fee which it feels justifies this privilege. The guilds hierarchy lays down guidelines for the way it expects members to behave, but the action taken against members who overstep these rules is seldom stern.
Before unification, the guild was of neutral good alignment, but has strayed towards neutral in recent years. Now the guilds outlook seems to be moving towards lawful neutral, but this is still uncertain. The alignment shift is due to the order being imposed by the monarchy, but there are some who believe it could be attributed to infiltration from The Mathada Rebrecht. Conspiracy theories abound on this issue, but they are more vulnerable to this kind of infiltration than many of their peers because it seldom imposes its alignment on any members. This flexibility is both a weakness and strength.
The cost of membership is 140gp per year for ordinary membership and 200gp per year as a fellow. In addition to this, for 500gp per year, warriors of 9th level and above who have been members for over two years can become 'Master' members, entitling themselves to two weeks use of guild facilities for non-training purposes.
