Viscount Conrado Medina
Medina is a bit of an enigma. New arrivals in the city of Tesmius expect a Viscount with much experience in this new city, but Conrado Medina is both young and a little bit of a dandy. He takes his appearance and his public image very seriously; from the outside seemingly one to preen like a peacock, but deep underneath there is clearly the heart of a man who uses his image as his way to advance himself. Conrado Medina's motivation seems to be power itself; he takes great enjoyment from playing the political game, and is seeking to climb the ladder of feudal society. And he wants to take his two generals, Baron Horado Mendez and Baron Tomas Diaz, with him as he moves upwards.
With this in mind, things that happen in his city don't just have to be done the best way they can be - but they have to be seen to be done that way. Sometimes that means he goes out of his way to ensure that things done right are also presented right. This is reflected in everything that happens in the city - even down to the cold, windswept streets of the centre of town, something he's worked hard to promote and maintain. There are even rumours that he's vetoed the building of a new city wall to keep his town in keeping with what people expect of it.
