Gunnus Reginum is right hand man to Count Friedrik von Halpstein, who is Count of the region. It is unusual in Arthea for this arrangement of Viscountcy and county, but von Halpstein has somehow arranged it. Gunnus' family have been viscounts in Reginum for over 120 years, and Friedrik von Halpstein officiated over the ceremonies that brought both Gunnus and his father into the position.
