Viscount Hirrus Covus
The Covus family has ruled Antoma for several generations. The current viscount is typical of their family line - he's a short stocky man with and air of pompousness, and a short fuse to match. He is a competent ruler, though, and his lack of compassion makes him efficient in his work.
