Baron Tobius Eglius

Tobius Eglius operates a barony in the Viscountcy of Evonen in the Jorlinum mountains. His has been charged by his feudal master, the Marquis of Agolest, to expand the mining activity. His efforts are hampered by rumours of vampire activity in the mountains to the east of his barony.
