Carell
Carell is one of the older cities of post-Disaster Arthea. It sits on the River Dolma which flows through the Cerlain capital, Tamish, around seventy miles north of Carell. The road through the city runs to Mellinara (which is around fifty miles to the north) and to Port Epinum (about forty miles to the south). The city lies at the edge of the huge Panulla Forest, which the city exploits for building materials and exports.
