Emperor Marcus
981 - 1038
6th Emperor of The Antaurus Empire, 1017-1038
Marcus Antaurus was thrust onto the throne of the Empire by a vote in the Senate, using rules that were established by Emperor Dominus in the earliest days of the Tholain Empire. He gave the name Antaurus to both the house of his dynasty and the empire. He was not a political leader, he was more of a military man, and during his reign war came to his Empire.
Furthermore, he tried to manipulate the growing lands of the north in order to exert political power over them, and he has some success until they chose to rise up against his army. The strain of this war may have contributed to his early death.
