Franco Rumbrough Armourer and Shields
Despite being a halfling, Franco Rumbrough expertly caters for all races armour and shield requirements. Franco's small shop is located in the Edgmar district of Antoma. He is not much of a specialist, though. While he can provide off-the-shelf armours as a matter of course, he relies on the skills of other traders to provide bespoke equipment. While his prices are keen, this can make those 'special' orders take just a little longer than most warriors would expect.
