Marquis Simon Westbury
Simon Westbury is Marquis of Pelter, which is situated along the south coast of Ticetia and the Teprus Island which is close to the Ticetian coastline there.
Simon is an ally of the King, but is also an occasional critic of his policies (but only ever in private). He is never pleased with some of the opposition the King receives from people like Earl Reginald Browley of Eversham and his political allies.
