Mellinara

Mellinara is a city of northern ["Cerlain"]. It sits upon major trade routes leading to the capital, ["Tamish"]. It is a wealthy city - it straddles the junction where the roads from the major ports of ["Obsecum"] and ["Port Epinum"] meet on their way to Tamish.

The city is governed by ["Viscount Corello Manichio"], who in turn reports to the Count of Tamish and the Prince of Cerlain.
