Viscount Tobias Grove
Baron of Hallow, part of the county of Camarth.
Tobias Grove is a greasy little man with a slick manner. While his own barony is in Camarth, it is close to the border with Nuneith, and as a result he spends much of his time in Eversham. His only reason for being there seems to be to do the legwork of Marquis Edward Patrais, the Marquis of Camarth, who does not get on well with Earl Reginald Browley, the Earl of Nuneith. Despite his greasy smarmy appearance, Grove seems to get along very well with the young ladies of the court in Eversham.
