Balligar

Balligar is a county of south Ticetia, its county seat is at Cellam. It encompasses the city of Meden and the towns of Ostbrook, Rilston and Havers Ford.

Although it is a large county, stewardship is controlled by an Earl, a position currently occupied by the matronly Countess Margery McConnell.
