Segellian
Segellian is one of the smaller elf lands, and is one of the few to be situated in the north of Arthea. It sits halfway between the dwarf kingdom of The Kathron Delve and the Ticetian Mountains, which lie to the east of Ticetia. It is partially situated under the heavy woodland here, where it caters to the needs of wood elves and fey folk, but there are also grey elves living here.
The camp is something of a commercial centre; it trades with both humans and dwarves, and has a thriving market for elvish magic.
